8-15 Minute Video MicroPDs are the foundational learning tool used by Cultivate.

Cultivate MicroPDs teach research and evidence-based strategies specific to a topic or skill our school partners have identified as important.

MicroPDs are animated and include characters that are diverse in ethnicity, ability, age, and body shape with the hope that PD participants to see themselves and their students in the content.

Below is an example of a MicroPD intended for Educational Assistants Supporting Students with Disabilities in a General Education Classroom.

MicroPD videos have closed captions in both English and Spanish. All of our microPD modules include supporting materials to make facilitation as simple as possible including an agenda, slide deck, and quick guides which can be downloaded and modified by school partners if necessary.
