8-15 Minute MicroPD Videos are the foundational learning tool used by Cultivate

Cultivate MicroPDs teach research and evidence-based strategies specific to a topic or skill our school partners have identified as important. MicroPDs are animated and include characters that are diverse in ethnicity, ability, age, and body shape with the hope that PD participants to see themselves and their students in the content.

Lessons are Easy-to-Follow and Ready-to-Use!

Lessons include supporting materials to make facilitation as simple as possible including English and Spanish agendas, slide decks, and quick guides which can be downloaded and modified if necessary. MicroPD videos have English audio and closed captions in both English and Spanish.
